Cleveland Guardians v Mariners Ticket Request
- Saturday, September 3, 2022 starts at 7:15 pm EST
- We have 10 sets of 2 tickets (1 set = 1 wheelchair seat and 1 companion seat)
- Tickets will be sent out in the order in which we receive the requests.  They will be emailed to the email address you input below.  Members are responsible for transportation and any fees/purchases the night of the event.


It is the mission of the United Spinal Association Northeast Ohio Chapter to promote Education (teaching members to live with SCI) and Recreation (helping our members to get out and be active in the community). Tickets are awarded for free to our members so that they and a guest may attend events in the community. It is our intent in awarding these tickets that only the members to which the tickets are given and their guest of choice are the individuals going to attend the events. Tickets are NOT provided to members so that they may hand the tickets off to others or sell these tickets.

Ticket Policy
In requesting tickets, I affirmatively agree that I will be using the awarded tickets or I will return them to a member of the Board of Directors as early as possible if I determine that I cannot attend the event. If the tickets are used by non-members or go unused and are not returned, the member awarded the tickets shall be removed from consideration for any other tickets.
