• You enjoy participating in a fundraiser that doesn’t require spending more money!
• BHCS Boosters uses these funds to support projects, supplies and snacks for events, and much more.

HOW IT WORKS
• Place an order using this form.
• Buy new cards or refill active cards by 5pm on the 1st Thursday of each month.
• Shop any Hannaford grocery store in Maine, New Hampshire, New York, or Vermont, including Tradewinds.
• Card balances are printed on receipts, and available by phone or online using the info on the back of your card.
• Report lost or defective cards to us! In most cases, the remaining balance is transferred right away.
• Cards never expire and there is no PIN to remember.

WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH THIS FORM...
• Pay online via PayPal or mail a check to Elise Schellhase, 347 Kingdom Road Blue Hill Maine 04614. (You'll see instructions at the end of this process)
• Orders are processed and cards are loaded by the following Monday.
• Receive an email confirming that your new cards are on their way, or active cards have been loaded.
