Poland Summer Camp Registration 2019

We're glad you found the online registration for Poland HS summer sports camps!  Thanks for thinking about attending a camp...  Poland's athletes and coaches are excited to work with your children!  Please fill out a separate form for each child - this really helps with t-shirt ordering.  We must pre-order t-shirts, so please remind friends to pre-register by THURSDAY of the week prior to camp so that they are guaranteed their shirt.

All of these camps are presented by the Poland All Sports Booster Club and hosted by Poland High School coaches and their staff.  On the first day of EACH respective camp, check or money order to Poland All Sports Boosters will be required.  

Camp fees: football camp for 3rd-8th graders (form will be sent home from school - no online registration) = $75
           track camp for girls & boys in K-7, girls/boys basketball camp (grades 4-8), boys soccer camp = $50
           coed youth basketball camp (fall 2019 K - 4th graders), cross country camp = $40          
           girls volleyball camp (fall 2019 3rd-6th graders) = $30

                     
4th graders can choose to attend either basketball camp (or can attend both by paying $75).
SIBLING DISCOUNT for BASKETBALL, TRACK, & CC camps:  Any sibling after the first attends the SAME SPORT camp for $25.  PLEASE register each child on their own form.
LATE registration: failure to submit this form OR contact Kim Grisdale at 330-757-4595 by THURSDAY prior to the start of camp will result in a $5 late fee AND jeopardizes the athlete's chance for getting a t-shirt.

June 5,6,7 (Wed-Fri) / Youth Basketball Camp / noon - 2 PM / For boys & girls (Fall ‘19) K - 4th / $40 / sibling discount available with Basketball camps on this sheet*/Basketball Camp in HS Fieldhouse

June 6, 13, 20, 27 (Thursdays) & race in July / Cross Country Camp / 7 - 8 PM / For boys & girls (Fall ‘19) 4th - 7th / $40 / sibling discount available within Cross Country camp only / held at Poland Township Park/ includes registration for the first race on the new CC course on a Saturday in July.

June 11-14 (Tue-Fri) / Boys Basketball Camp / 1 - 3 PM / For boys (Fall ‘19) 4th - 8th / $50 / sibling discount available with basketball camps on this sheet* Basketball camp is in the HS Fieldhouse.

June 17 - 20 (Mon - Thurs) / Boys Soccer camp / 6 - 7:30 PM / For boys (Fall ‘19) 5th - 8th grade / $50 / bring ball, water, shin guards, spikes, & tennis shoes in case of inclement weather (camp will move inside) / sibling discount available within BOYS soccer camp only* / Soccer camp will be held at the HS stadium

June 17 - 21 (Mon - Fri) / Track & Field Camp / 9 - 11 AM / For boys & girls (Fall ‘19) K through 7th / $50 / sibling discount available within track camp only* / Track camp will be held at the HS stadium.

June 24 – 26 (Mon – Wed) / Volleyball Camp / 9 - 11 AM / For girls (Fall ‘19) 3rd-6th / $30 / Volleyball camp will be held in the HS PE gym (enter across from the tennis courts)

July 8 - 11 (Mon - Thurs) / Football Camp / 10:30 AM - 12:30 / For 3rd-8th graders (Fall ’19) / $75 / NO online registration - must print out & mail (by July 2) flyer from football / Football Camp is held at the HS stadium.
