About The Australian Discworld Convention
The Australian Discworld Convention is a literary convention
celebrating of the life and works of best-selling author Sir Terry Pratchett.
It will take place on 12-14 July, 2024, at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Adelaide,
SA. Approximately 250 people from around Australia and the world will attend
the convention for three full days of fun activities centred on Sir Terry
Pratchett’s Discworld and his other works. These include panels and
discussions, performances, craft activities, a gala dinner, a charity auction,
a costume competition and talent quest, chats with our invited guests, and much
more. This event will be the ninth such convention run since 2007 using the
name “Nullus Anxietas” (a fake-Latin version of “No Worries” used in the
Discworld equivalent of Australia).
The Australian Discworld
Convention is run by Round World Events SA, Inc., a not for profit incorporated
association. Everyone involved in running this convention is an unpaid
volunteer – all income is used to make the convention a wonderful event for all
attendees.

Dealer Tables
We will have limited space for up
to 3 dealers to sell merchandise to convention attendees. We will ensure you
will be the only vendor selling your type of product (books, games, comics,
etc.) but there will also be a convention-focused table selling convention
merchandise, some fan creations, and items relating to our special guests (such
as books).
A dealer table package includes:

1 Table, with up to 2 chairs per table.

A/C Power – all appliances must be tested and
tagged in compliance with Australian Standard AS/3760:2010.

We will thank you in the convention book
and at the convention opening and closing ceremonies.
Dealer table packages are priced at $100 for 1 table. The
dealer room will be in a prime location next to our central operations room, The
dealer room is able to be locked outside of opening hours. Only hotel staff and
convention committee will have access during these times.
At this stage, we are seeking an expression of interest only. Full terms will be made available prior to any payment or "locking in"
