24-25 Heart at Work Nomination Form

HPISD is now accepting nominations for the "Heart at Work" award for the 2024-25 school year! We aim to recognize the "unsung heroes" who dedicate themselves beyond the call of duty to support our students, staff, families, and community. Nominees can be professionals or paraprofessionals at HPISD. 

Anyone within the HPISD community, including teachers, administrators, staff, students, and parents, can submit a "Heart at Work" nomination. 

Each month, we will recognize the nominees for that month. In the spring, the District "Heart at Work" award committee will review all recognized individuals from each campus and select one professional and one paraprofessional, along with a representative from the District office, to be honored at the annual staff recognition banquet. Each district winner will also receive a $500 stipend by payroll check.
