Emily performs virtual House Clearings, with pricing starting at $500. If you're interested in having a consult with Emily fill out the form below.

Please note: Before joining Emily for a 15min consult, you'll be asked for a $500 deposit. Most house clearings are $500, your deposit will be immediately refunded if during your consult Emily is clear this would not mutually be a good fit.

In the event that a house clearing will be more than $500, Emily will state the price during the consult, you will have the option to pay the difference or decline and receive your deposit back immediately. Please note refunds take 3-5 business days to complete.
