On one application form you can register a maximum of 10 people with the same bill-to address. If there are more than 10 people or the billing address is different, please fill out new application form(s).
Registration is required to attend the event in the following paying participant cases:
- non-presenters
- co-authors
- for performers to attend not on the day of the presentation.
Do not submit a separate attendance registration to attend on the day of the presentation in the case of:
- 1 keynote speaker of a presentation with an article (who will be granted free attendance on the day of the presentation, with the exception of the Gala Dinner),
- 1 keynote speaker of a presentation without an article (for which to pay a fee -as indicated below- is needed, and a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you).
The registration of these speakers for the day of the presentation will be automatically validated upon submission of the presentation by the deadline.
If the presenter nevertheless submits an attendance registration for the day of his/her presentation, an invoice will be issued accordingly.
