Please complete this form if you are interested in sponsoring a KW House League Baseball baseball programming for the 2021 season.  All sponsorship funds will go towards supporting families in need of support with registration fees and/or equipment. Once this form is completed, you will be invoiced for the sponsorship amount.

Your team sponsorship support will include:

-acknowledgement of your contributions to the registration fees and/or equipment purchases for players in our community
-company logo and name on the KWHL website
-company logo within TeamSnap app,
-acknowledgement of sponsorship via membership email
-an opportunity to provide us with your company coupons or flyers to be distributed to all players at the start of the season.
