[VOLUNTEER] 2023 CFA Florence 10K, 5K, 1 Mile Race
Thank you for your willingness to serve at the Chick-fil-A Race 10k, 5K and 1 Mile in Florence. Please fill out the form below with contact information and preference of service positions. We will be contacting you via email the week of the race with more details and your assignments. Please plan to arrive at the Florence Mall (Old Sears Parking Lot) on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 6:30am for the volunteer meeting the morning of the race. If you sign up for "Set up" please arrive at 5:30am.

Volunteer Positions
Set Up: Set Up Crew will arrive at 5:30 AM to help set up the event with tent, tables, cones and refreshments.
Parking: Parking Crew will be assisting participants upon arrival and will be the first smiling face they see.

Registration: Registration Crew will be assisting participants upon check in and distributing participant bags, bibs and shirts.

Hospitality: Hospitality crew will be managing refreshment food and drink for participants.

Family Fun Zone: Family Fun Zone Crew will be managing the inflatables and games for kids.

Course Attendant: Course Attendants will be dispersed throughout the course to protect, direct and encourage participants as they run.

Hydration Station: Hydration Station Crew will be assisting the participants mid race to refuel with water. This is a great area for families and children to help out. You will be passing out water and encouraging participants.

Early Packet Pickup: Distributing runner bags and assisting with BIB registration. 4pm-7pm at Chick-fil-A. (Dinner will be provided)
