For 2023-2024 season, we are reviewing if we want to extend the player evaluation process so that players practice with all grade level players for 2 weeks (approximately 3-4 practices) before teams are formed.  Do you prefer current process of a 1 day evaluation or practicing 2 weeks before teams are formed?
