A Software Product Engineering Agency in Yaba, Lagos, is looking to recruit an Operations Officer.
JOB ROLE:
1. Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries
2. Answering and routing incoming calls to concerned staff
3. Maintaining and scheduling meetings
4. Ensure the cleanliness of the office by maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other public areas
5. Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents
6. Any other duty as may be assigned
SKILL:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. filing, intercom, printers)
3. Professional attitude and appearance
4. Solid written and verbal communication skills
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
