Hi, I invite you to complete  the following survey which forms part of my undergraduate research project, investigating public perceptions of genetic counselling and the social implications of its use.

Before you decide to take part please read through the information sheet shown in the below images. The Survey contains 22 questions in total (including demographic questions). Most of these questions ask for responses in terms of an agree to disagree scale. The survey should take  around 15 minutes to complete.
