Estos datos son gestionados con la única finalidad de gestionar el proceso de selección, así como informar y comunicar todo aquello relacionado con el presente proceso de selección.

No obstante, puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, limitación y suprimir los datos en info@tivity.es  (poniendo en el asunto "Ejercicio de derechos" y adjuntando una copia de su DNI) escribiendo con solicitud de modificación o baja.

Así mismo, cuenta con el derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control. Recuerda que todos tus datos serán tratados con la máxima confidencialidad según las vigentes leyes 2016/679 de protección de datos de personas físicas (RGPD), y 34/2002 de Servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE).

In accordance with the European regulation on data protection 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of data of natural persons (GDPR), the personal data provided for the present process of selection, are subject to treatment by the company _tivity with NIF 54050981S. This data is managed with the sole purpose of managing the selection process, as well as informing and communicating everything related to the present selection process.

However, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation and delete the data in info@tivity.es (putting in the subject "Exercise of rights" and attaching a copy of your ID) writing with request for modification or cancellation.

Likewise, it has the right to file a claim with a supervisory authority.
