West Lee Elementary - Sponsor A Child Form

This year we are adopting West Lee Elementary School. Each student was given a wish list where they put 3 'WOW' gifts. We are asking that your class period come together to adopt one, or more, student(s) to gift one (1) or (2) 'WOW' gifts. If you would like to adopt more than one child please complete separate forms. The gift(s) should range from $25 - $75. If you have questions, please contact James Agens at 10024242@richland2.org or Deiveek Kerai (10020044@richland2.org).

REMINDER: All gifts should be wrapped with the child's name attached to each gift. All gifts should be turned in by Friday, December 13th in Student Activities (C-127)
