Athletes are expected to travel to meets with the team except for certain situations ( Events begins before the bus is scheduled to arrive, athlete has a test or project in class that negatively impacts their grade if missed and can't be made up later, athlete doesn't compete until a lot later in the competition [6 hours or more])
