REFERRALS - Referrals that come into the office with a fee of 30% or LESS. (Usually Agent to Agent Referrals)

RELO REFERRALS - Unassigned Relocation Referrals that come into the office with a fee of 30% or MORE. (Not including Aires leads)

AIRES RELO REFERRALS - Unassigned Aires Leads - 38% Referral Fee and requires weekly agent communication and CC all correspondence with Kerry. Any lead that comes in from AIRES where the transferee specifically requests you that lead will always go to you first, if you do not agree to the 38% referral fee then it will be assigned to another agent. Any person working with AIRES is obligated to use an agent that agrees to the referral fee regardless of is you met the person before they disclosed they are an AIRES transferee or not and is subject to the 38% fee.

AREA RESTRICTIONS - Please list cities you do NOT want leads from. (We will go ahead and mark as "skipped" if this city comes in and you are next on manual rotation). (We can not control the areas on website auto lead assignments but you can reassign to a fellow agent with either our Chime or RE/MAX kvCORE platfrom).
