Available in packages of six and twelve calls to use as you desire. Six sessions are $1,500 and twelve sessions are $2,750. The container comes with additional PDF workbooks, resources, and ongoing support in between calls. Please note this is consulting/coaching only and does not include any graphics.

Are you able to commit to our scheduled sessions? Are you able to show up ready, centered, and on time? I will allow you to make up one missed session. Please confirm you understand this and let me know if you have questions.

Time Availability:

My office hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm EST. My last call start time during the week is 12:30pm so we can end at 2. I offer 2 Saturdays a month with calls at 9:00am or 11:00am. I do not go over our 90mins and give a 15min heads up at 75mins. Do you confirm calls during these times work for you? I do not work outside of these hours.

Please acknowledge that, in the process of exploring deep emotions, there may be moments where the discussion or exercises could be triggering. Are you prepared to navigate these potential triggers with openness and communicate any concerns that may arise during our time together? I need to know if you need to pause and work through something and support you. I also know if you need help with a technical aspect (ie Website) during our time so you don't get stuck.
