This claims survey is to help develop the claims RAFFWU members will endorse for bargaining and pursue at Woolworths. This survey is open to RAFFWU members and those interested in joining RAFFWU who work at Woolworths Supermarkets.

RAFFWU represents Woolworths workers across Australia in hundreds of stores. We are the only fighting union for Woolworths workers and have never helped employers cut conditions. We fought for a better deal in 2019 and we will be the only genuine fighting union at the Woolworths bargaining table fighting for a fair deal in 2023. In 2022 we beat Woolworths in the Courts and in the Fair Work Commission. Now we will win through worker action. Let us know your ideas and get involved in RAFFWU. Prohibition on applying for leave early. They will stop any worker getting Xmas off.

Part-timers get additional hours first. They want to offer casual workers first cutting flex up.
