In consideration for the privilege of participating in equine activities on the property of Pleasant Valley Farms WI LLC, I release the Pleasant Valley Farms WI LLC from any legal responsibility for any accident or injury to me, members of my family or my guests during, or in connection with, any equine and non equine activities in which I engage on Release’s property.  I agree that I will never sue Release for property damage, personal injury, or death arising out of the equine and non equine activities, whether such damage arises from the condition or actions of the horses, equipment, or riding facility at which the equine and non equine activities are conducted, and I agree that I assume the risk of and responsibility for such damage or injuries by participating in equine and non equine activities.  I understand that I am releasing Release from liability for its own negligence.  For purposes of this Waiver and Release, “equine activity” is defined by the definition set forth in Wis. Stat. S 895.481, which is available upon request or at https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/895/II/481. Non equine activities include:

hiking, gardening, playing interactive games with other participants, crafting, interaction with other farm animals including but not limited to cats, dogs, chickens, goats and cattle.
