What do you see as the most effective way the library can serve community members living OUTSIDE of Bedford city limits?
Set up small digital branches outside of Bedford with access to Internet services only.
Use a Bookmobile with scheduled routes and locations to deliver books, that has a hotspot.
Collaborate with other businesses to set up lockers where library materials can be delivered and picked up at the convenience of the patron.
