Plymouth Whitemarsh Ice Hockey Registration 2023-2024
Eligibility:

High School (grades 9 - 12): Students attending Plymouth Whitemarsh High School (PWHS)

Middle School (grades 5 - 8): Students attending Colonial Middle School or Colonial Elementary School (CMS or CES)

Please send non-refundable $125 registration fee upon completion of this google form via Venmo (link below) or send check made payable to "Plymouth Whitemarsh HS Hockey" and mail to Plymouth Whitemarsh HS Hockey P.O. Box 737, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.

Please Note: registration will not be complete until the deposit is received.


Registration Fees:
Player $1175.00
Goalie $587.50

An early Registration incentive available to players registered between May 17, 2023 - June 17, 2023. More information can be found here: Early Registration Incentive

Plymouth Township residents will receive $100 discount, thanks to grant received from Plymouth Township Park & Recreation Department.

Multi-player discount: $50 off total family registration

- (6) Monthly installments due on the 1st of September, October, November, December, January and February.
  Any club discounts will be applied to the final February payment unless balance is paid in full prior to the
  February installment.
- Jerseys, Shell and Socks Not included in registration fee, if needed.

USA HOCKEY REQUIREMENT

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
