TERMS and CONDITIONS
🍓 Only submit your order if you are 170% sure!
🍓 Once orders are made, NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED. We will charge a 10% cancellation fee.
🍓 After submitting the form, we will look for the item/s and send you your invoice once we have secured it, including the payment details.
🍓 Please send the EXACT AMOUNT. We will not return excess payment.
🍓 Make sure that payments are made within the set period. Orders not paid within the set deadline will automatically be FORFEITED. No joy reservers, please!
🍓 Once payment is confirmed, we will update it in the masterlist with your order number. Our albums are shipped straight from South Korea, so there may be slight discrepancies in the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Rest assured that any change will be communicated to you right away. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

🍓 For shipped items, we will ensure that they are packed securely. However, daldalgi ph will not be held liable for damaged albums due to mishandling by couriers nor manufacturing issues. In cases where the use of Shopee Checkout is requested, daldalgi ph will not be held liable for any risks involved.
🍓 Items unclaimed within 4 weeks will be cancelled, and payments sent will no longer be refunded.
