This year the Orange County Department of Education will recognize PAL advisors who have continued to support their students, program, and campus during this unprecedented time. When completing this application, please focus your response on how the PAL advisor has overcome the obstacles of running a PAL program during the 2020-2021 school year.

Only advisors who are certified by the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) are eligible for this recognition (this includes advisors outside of Orange County). PAL advisors who have previously received the Outstanding PAL Advisor Award are also eligible to receive this award.

The deadline to submit a nomination form is Friday, April 8, 2021.

For ease of editing and to ensure a quality application, it is encouraged that you work on your answers on a Word document and then copy and paste the answers into the submission fields below. Your response should only cover activities that occurred during the 2020-2021 school year.

Please ensure your principal is supportive of your application prior to submission.

Applicants will be notified of the results by May 3, 2021.
