🍾 11.3.23:  Fall Wedding Event @ 500 Pearl | Downtown Buffalo, NY
  • All Vendors Welcome to Apply!  
  • Fee:  Service Provider $750 | Handmade/DIY Vendor $550 (*Members enjoy $200 discount)
  • Collab Booths Available!  Only one vendor needs to register + pay the invoice | Both need to sign contract and get ready to party!

  • FOCUS VENDORS:  planners, bar, catering, bakery, decor, venue
  • ADDITIONAL VENDORS NEEDED:  floral, DJ,  photo booths, photographers
  • Fee $450 per table (**Members enjoy $200 discount) 

*Venues, food trucks and caterers alike may bring samples of their food. No alcohol samples permitted.  

**Please note that both the Fashion + Beauty Experience & The Engagement Party are intended to be smaller, more intimate events and have limited availability and will be first come, first serve.  All vendor categories will be capped for all shows to ensure proper category allocation.  All booth spaces are first come, first serve and secured *only* with payment in full and signed contract.
