Hi SSC Members,
We understand how difficult this time is for you and your family to attend a live meeting. Instead of holding a live meeting, we created a video for you to watch of information we would normally share with you at a meeting. This allows you to provide your input at your leisure and when it is best for you.

Step 1: Please watch the video.

Step 2: Please utilize this form to verify your attendance at the April 30, 2020 meeting. This form will be utilized for attendance purposes, voting and receiving your feedback on the Comprehensive Needs Assessment. This form will close on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at 5:00pm.
