As a volunteer for a 92130 Cares community project, I agree on behalf of myself and/or my child/children who volunteer:
1. to comply with all of 92130 Cares' health and safety requirements, including food safety and
all rules and regulations from the public health authority;
2. to be responsible for my own safety and personal property and that 92130 Cares or any of its volunteers or agents are not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of volunteer activities;
3. to hold harmless and waive any and all claims or causes of action against 92130 Cares or any of its volunteers or agents arising out of volunteer activities, including but not limited to claims arising out of negligence or intentional conduct of its volunteers or agents; and
4. to give 92130 Cares all right, title, and interest in any photographs, images, video, or audio recordings taken by 92130 Cares in connection with volunteer activities.
