Hope Academy - Face Covering Exempt/Critical Worker Confirmation
Students are required to wear face coverings in communal areas of the Academy and we would like to ensure that those who are exempt are issued with an exemption card.

Please complete the information below if your child is exempt from wearing a face covering. A member of the Academy team may contact you to request proof of exemption.

If our area is placed into local lockdown restrictions: areas with an outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) or the Academy need to isolate a year group bubble due to reported positive cases of COVID19 we will need to be aware of students whose parents are classed as critical workers.
