● Clubhouse rental only is $25 + $150 deposit (Payable by checks or PayPal)

● Reserved pool pergola patio only use is $25 + lifeguards + guest fees. Otherwise it's first come first serve
● Pool use requires guest fees to be paid @$2 per guest
● Lifeguards are $15 per hour, per guard with a 2-hour minimum

● You will be responsible for coordinating and paying the lifeguards. Number of guards is based on #people
(also in pool rules)

● Swim party hours:
- Anytime Monday thru Friday within regular pool hours
- Saturday and Sunday hours are 9 am to 12:30 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm.

● Guests are not allowed to stay at pool past the party hours.
● No pool parties permitted on a holiday.
● Please pick up all trash from your event and throw trash in dumpster. If you leave a big mess, we reserve the
right to reject your next rental request.
