General: The client acknowledges that they may be subject to additional fees should the service require additional work outside the scope of a standard assembly/repair. Clients that provide unsanitary keyboards will be subject to a disinfecting fee at the sole discretion of kbdlife and we reserve the right to decline service requests. 

Desoldering: The client acknowledges that there are always risks associated with desoldering and kbdlife will ensure to minimize these risks to the best of their abilities. We are unable to guarantee if any traces are damaged through the process as PCBs vary in quality. However, we will ensure that the keyboard is fully functional when the service is completed.

Deposits: Please note that a deposit of $20 CAD will be required. This deposit will be required prior to arrangements of having the keyboard delivered to kbdlife.

Shipping: Kbdlife will not liable for any damages or lost packages caused by the postal company during shipping.
