This is the student sign up for the Band New York Trip in 2023.  

This form should only be filled out by a parent/guardian and not the student.  

The website includes the Trip Documents Package from Bennett Travel

Payment Dates (based on Quad Occupancy):
Payment 1:  $170 – Due SEPTEMBER 28, 2022
Payment 2:  $170 – Due OCTOBER 20, 2022
Payment 3:  $170 – Due NOVEMBER 20, 2022
Payment 4:  $170 – Due DECEMBER 20, 2022
Payment 5:  $170 – Due JANUARY 27, 2023
Payment 6:  $123 – Due FEBRUARY 27, 2023
