If you are unable to attend the Kick-off Event, we will randomly draw your genre and email you the information. Ownership of film submission shall remain the property of the entrant, but entry into this program constitutes the entrant's irrevocable permission and consent that the Leander ISD Council of PTAs may display, copy, publish, distribute and create derivative works for PTA purposes. Submission of film entry into the Leander ISD Council of PTAs 10-Day Film Project constitutes acceptance of all rules and conditions.
