PC Virtual Tutoring Summer 2024 Registration Form
Please complete this form to register your student for summer 2024 tutoring sessions. Please note that the $35.00 registration fee is due at time of registration to secure spot for NEW students. The Annual Registration period goes from August 2023 - July 2024. Please keep an eye out in your email for your child's final summer placement, schedule, and invoice. The first 3 weeks payment will be due by Thursday, June 6th and the final 3 weeks will be due by or before Friday, June 28th.
