Thank you for your interest in participating in Bellies-Babies-Tots - A pregnancy and early childhood extravaganza hosted by B.R.E.A.S.T. Roanoke, Huddle Up Moms, and Macaroni Kid Roanoke at the Salem Red Sox stadium! These three organizations reach thousands of families in the Roanoke family and have established relationships with community organizations, businesses that serve families with young children, and the media.

Location -- Salem Memorial Park/Salem Red Sox Stadium

This family fun event will feature dozens of hands-on activities for young children, character appearances, a panel of speakers geared towards breastfeeding and maternal health, food, and shopping vendors, and more!

How will it be promoted?

The event will be promoted via a weekly newsletter to 8,300 families by Macaroni Kid Roanoke, an ad on Macaroni Kid Roanoke, monthly at Huddle Up Moms events and the websites and social media channels for all organizations.  In addition to media appearances on local TV and radio stations.

The Bellies-Babies-Tots planning team has the right to refuse any vendor that is not conducive to a family-friendly environment.

Sponsorship and Vending opportunities start at $150. Complete details are outlined in Section 2 of this form.
Please note that if we are unable to hold this event due to COVID-19, we will move your sponsorship and booth space to our next event in April or process a refund.
