Welcome! This application expresses your interest in enrolling your child in a VT prekindergarten program.

ALL MVSD PREK PROGRAMS HAVE REACHED THEIR MAXIMUM ENROLLMENT CAPACITY. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list in order received.

For currently enrolled students:

Do not complete this form if you live within the district and your student wishes to remain in their current program.

Use this form if you live within the district and your student wishes to change to a different program.

Students residing outside of the district must reapply each year.

NOTE: We do NOT operate on a first come, first served basis. All applications received in the initial window are treated equally per the Order of Enrollment.
