We anticipate that the demand on the foodbank will increase, so we would like to be able to deliver food and essential items. If you have a car and are able to spare a few hours, then please let us know and we will put you in contact with the foodbank team. We also have a number of people self-isolating who don't have means of getting shopping, so we'd love some help here too.

To enable us to adhere to the government guidelines of social distancing we would like to create individual foodbank parcels that can be handed to clients so they don’t need to sit and wait for their food. If you have a few hours free then we would love your help creating food parcels. This will take place in the main hall of the Sidcup venue where social distancing is easier to achieve. Some of these parcels may also be delivered (see above).

We are a church and a family and we are aware that there are a number of people living on their own that would value a friendly phone call. We’d love a number of volunteers to be available to just chat and maybe pray for those that are feeling lonely or isolated.
