Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the exciting 50th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival, which takes place June 22 (11am-6pm) and 23, 2023 (11am-4pm) at Sakura Square. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for you! Please complete the form below and we will be in touch via email.

Volunteer Roles

Greeter/guide: greet and direct guests so they may make the most of their visit

Sustainability: sorting, organizing, and weighing materials that will be recycled

Festival runner: help organizers with tasks, fill-in, and to make sure the Marketplace Vendors are supported

Stage hands: set up equipment used by performers, such as moving mic stands, chairs, instruments, etc.; monitor entertainer arrival/departure on Lawrence St and assist with moving equipment

Kids craft area: show kids different art projects that they can make and help clean up along the way; supervise games for kids

Setup/take down: pre- or post- event setup or take down of chairs/tables, hanging signs, moving cherry blossom trees, help vendors move items, etc.

Beer booth: Must be 21 years old! Checking for valid IDs and dispensing beers to patrons
