This is the scholarship application form for Henderson State University's esports program. Students have the opportunity to be awarded up to $2000 a year in scholarships for their participation in collegiate esports competitions.

HSU currently participates in the following games: League of Legends, Overwatch, Super Smash Brothers Ultimate, Smite, Rocket League, Call of Duty, Valorant, and Fortnite. We highly encourage potential competitors to apply regardless of if the game they play is currently supported at HSU.

Scholarships are also available for the following roles: Production, social media management, and digital content creation.

Some guidelines and stipulations that applicants should be aware of concerning scholarships:

- Only full-time students are eligible for esports scholarships.
- Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for competition.
- Scholarship recipients must attend team practices, and follow team guidelines.
