Welcome to CU Gigs' Hire a Musician form! Please fill out the Event Information, Musician Needs, and Client Information sections as best as you are able to. The more complete they are, the better we can match a musician with your needs. Note: This form is for hiring a musician for an event or temporary gig. For more permanent positions, please contact ecm@colorado.edu and we will be able to advertise your position to our community of musicians. Please provide a job description document (docx or pdf) in your email.

Once the form is submitted, your information will be reviewed by CU Gigs staff and we will start matching musicians for your requests. The typical turn-around from musician request to referral takes about two to three weeks, but may vary depending on musician needs and time of year that the request is submitted. For events inside of that window, we'll do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee we'll find an available musician.
