Please fill out the following registration form in order to participate in the upcoming Holiday Programme.
These April holidays come and join us to learn new and develop your hockey skills and play
Holiday Programme Information:
- When: Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th April
- Time: 9am - 3pm Daily
- Who: Year 3-8 School Students
- Cost: $20 per day, per participant (includes lunch)
Participants will need to bring:
- SNEAKERS/SPORTS SHOES
- Hockey gear - Hockey Northland can provide spare hockey sticks
- Wear appropriate clothing to play sports in
- Sunhat
- Sunblock - We will ensure we have some available.
- Named water bottle
- Snacks for morning tea.
