Learning With Grace Tutorial exists as a Ministry of Grace Independent Baptist Church of Crownsville, Maryland with the mission of supporting local homeschool families, providing extra help for the student who has learning differences, giving them the confidence and tools they need to accomplish all that God is calling them to do.  One Application per family(please List students names when referring to any health issues)

Do you understand that the Tutors Payments will be pay directly to the tutor.  Registrations fees pay directly to the tutorial.  If accounts are not kept current Parents will be notified and the student may be asked to leave? If students drop before semester is over you need to pay tutors any incurred fees as stipulated on Policy. Policy is on the Website(Important to read) *
Do you understand that you will be responsible for picking up your student on time?  And if the student is not picked up by 3:10 there will be a $15 after care fee charged. *
Do you understand that you will be responsible for attaining any text books or supplies that the tutor requires? *
 Did you sign up for at 4 parent duty days for the school year? it is your responsibility to find someone to cover for you. Sign up form will be posted on website. Is a requirement if you like to be part of the Tutorial.  If there are any specific issues with this please let us know how we can work together. *
Do you agree to resolve any conflicts that may arise in accordance to the policy in the Family Handbook? *
If you are a veteran homeschool parent are you willing to mentor new homeschool families?  If you new  to Homeschooling would you like to receive or be suggested to someone to help you? *

Do you understand that LWG and its staff cannot guarantee the safety of any child, even though we strive to provide the best environment for all students.  LWG and its staff would appreciate this  health information and It will be shared with your child’s tutors and class families as necessary *
