-Leadership of the organization in reaching its goals
-Contributions to the University and/or outside community
-Development of its members

You may add to your nomination form any publicity that your org may have that illustrates your organization’s purpose and achievements by emailing them to getinvolved@ucsd.edu with the Subject "CSI Awards Nomination - (Award Name)"

1. Discuss what impact the organization has had on the UCSD and/or outside community and why it deserves the Student Organization of the Year award. (250 words max) *

2. Describe how the organization benefits its membership through support, scholarship/education, or activities. (250 words max) *

3. Describe how the organization has demonstrated exceptional leadership from officers and members. (250 words max) *

This may include: facilitating conferences, winning awards, improved communication processes, new collaborations, commitment to inclusion, vision and goal setting, inspiring innovation, presentations, etc.
