I hereby agree to our mission and provide a Christian environment for the friendly competition and skill enhancement. Our goal is to instill the building blocks for character and leadership development, sportsmanship and teamwork. Through the student athlete’s experience, our hope is that these key elements are transferred back to the classroom and into their life-long endeavors.

I will notify the Athletic Association of practice days, times, and locations (on and off campus).

I understand that each team will be scheduled for practice time in the SPX gym. If the scheduled time does not accommodate a team, the coach can request for practice to be held off campus. However, this must be approved by the Athletic Association for a reimbursement to apply.  

I understand each team will be given practice equipment (3 basketballs and bag, etc.) at the start of the season. It is the coach’s responsibility to return the equipment in original condition at the end of the season. If not returned, a charge of $50 per ball will be added to the FACTS account.

I understand each coach is responsible for communicating and enforcing guidelines set by the league and the DMSAA in regards to COVID-19 precautions – sanitation, distancing, and number of spectators allowed in the venue.

I understand coaches are responsible for collecting all player uniforms at the completion of the season and returning them to the school. If a player cannot return their uniform, a $95 uniform replacement fee will be charged to the student’s FACTS account.

I will document and communicate to the Athletic Association of any conflicts or issues that may arise during the season and the SPXAA will advise.
