Thank you for your interest in praying in a more intentional way!

Participants are asked to commit to praying this Fall for about 15 to 20 minutes each day. We also suggest spending some time reflecting on how the prayer time went for you and what might be coming up during this time - in other words, "where are you seeing and hearing God in all this?"

You will be paired with an experienced "Spiritual Companion" from the parish who will meet with you once a week for about 45 minutes. Your companion will help you to explore new ways of praying and will encourage you in these efforts.

Note: This retreat is open to undergrad students, grad students, and young professionals.
