We need your choice - distance learning or in person instruction?
As we begin to wind down this first trimester of school at a distance, we pray that you are safe and continue to stay well.  So that we can plan properly for the second trimester, we need your choice:  Will you be staying in distance learning  or will you be returning in person on November 9th?

Please take a minute and complete this form indicating your choice for the SECOND TRIMESTER.

Please ensure your child(ren) continues to have access to the following:

1.  Access to wifi
2.  Their own device as defined as a tablet, desktop, or laptop.  
      Please note: Junior High Students (grades 5 to 8) will be assigned a school issued iPad.
3.  Headphones
4.  Access to a printer
5.  Access to a camera to upload documents/scanner

Acknowledgment of Second Trimester Enrollment *
By checking "I Acknowledge and Agree" below you are acknowledging whichever mode of education at St. Viator Parish School you choose for your child(ren) for the start of the school year will be for the entirety of the SECOND TRIMESTER.  (e.g. if you choose to opt into the Distance Platform your student would have to stay online at least until the end of the second trimester)  
Acknowledgment of Home Environment *
Please consider this written notice that your child(ren) has/have been approved for the distance learning program due to your family's individual circumstances.  Details about the expectations for our students that have been approved for remote learning have been provided. If you need another copy, please email svsschool@stviator.org
