OCRS PTA Officer Nomination Form 2023-2024 School Year

Your help is needed! Please take a minute to review the duties of the PTA officers and consider nominating one candidate per office to serve in the positions listed below. If you are interested in serving in one of the positions, please submit your name and the position of interest.

The OCRS PTA Nominating Committee nominates all eligible person(s) for each of the following officer positions and reports its recommended nominees at the regular PTA meeting held during the April 20th 2023 meeting, at which time additional nominations may be made from the floor. Only those persons who have signified their consent to serve if elected shall be nominated for or elected to these offices. The position descriptions are as follows:

Please write in your nomination for PTA President.

President presides at all PTA & Executive Committee meetings; coordinates the work and the activities of the officers and committees.

Please write in your nomination for PTA Vice President.

Vice President assists the President, conducts PTA meetings and other business in the President's absence.

Please write in your nomination for PTA 2nd Vice President/Hospitality. 

2nd Vice President/Hospitality acts as a chairperson for all hospitality events.

Please write in your nomination for PTA Secretary.

Secretary keeps the official minutes of all PTA meetings and is responsible for all PTA records and files.

Please write in your nomination for PTA Treasurer.

Treasurer is responsible for developing and proposing the PTA's annual budget, monitoring the finances, has custody of all PTA funds, and manages the checking account.
