This is the application form for participants of EGP & FYEG AlterCOP seminar. We kindly ask you to fill in the form with all the required data. All the information provided is strictly confidential and will be used only in the selection process for this seminar. Before submitting the form, please make sure all data is correct. FYEG cannot guarantee the participation of all applicants. FYEG strives to ensure diversity in its activities and the selection process will be in line with this principle.

When writing your application, please try to be specific and underline some things you have done of which you are proud or which you think relate to the project in an important way. Let us know about concrete ways in which this event is useful for you and your local community.

This activity is taking place in Glasgow, UK. In order to enter the UK you need a valid passport. Use the link below to check if you also need a visa: https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa . In case you need a Visa, FYEG will provide support and the correspondent expenses will be reimbursed.

Due to the current situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic, FYEG regrets to inform that this activity is only open for young activists who are fully vaccinated (or will be fully vaccinated by the 3rd of November) to protect the participants in the seminar, the attendees in COP26, other activists and the neighbours of Glasgow. You are considered to be fully vaccinated:  2 weeks after getting the second dose in a 2-dose series, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine. We regret to inform that FYEG will only be accepting applications from fully-vaccinated activists in order  to protect the participants in the seminar, the attendees in COP26, other activists and the neighbours of Glasgow.
