This is an interest form for cultivating mindfulness, peace, and introspection during the month of December. My intention is to provide you a 1-10 min mindfulness practice for 25 days in a row through a private Facebook group. These practices are going to involve everyday life tasks from laying in your bed at night to washing the dishes! The intention is that you won’t have any excuse for not having time to practice mindfulness.
