In preparation for this trek and to build comradery and trust among the trek crew, we will host several team building events over the next year and a half. We anticipate one activity a quarter through 2024 and one every other month through 2025. Details and dates for these will be announced in coming months.
COSTS: $2,175 per person (subject to minor adjustments once final flight and travel arrangement costs become available in late August 2024)
Deposit: $150 due February 26, 2024 through the troop store.
*Note that payment of this deposit represents a commitment that you plan to attend Sea Base in July 2025.
After the deposit - there are two possible payment options:
Option 1: Monthly payments of $150 from March 2024 through March 2025, with a final $75 payment due in April 2025
Option 2: Lump sum payments as follows:
Payment 1: $ 600 due June 24, 2024
Payment 2: $ 600 due October 28, 2024
Payment 3: $ 600 due February 24, 2025
Payment 4: $ 225 due April 21, 2025
To minimize the impact of processing fees, we anticipate future payments will be made through Venmo, Zelle, cash or check. Credit card payments made through the troop store may incur additional processing fees.
Please keep an eye out for the many fundraising opportunities are available each year that can help drastically offset the cost of your trip! Feel free to reach out to Amy Porter if you have questions or need any assistance with payments. We will work to find a solution - don't let cost be the reason for not attending.
