Youth Leadership Opportunity
Each Crew must have a Youth Crew Leader. The Youth Crew Leader must be a seasoned and responsible youth elected by the entire crew. We will host several team building events in preparation for the trek, and the crew will elect a Youth Crew Leader sometime later this year.

Youth Crew Leaders will fulfill leadership roles both before the trek (helping with trip preparations and team building event plans) as well as during the trip.

Here are a couple links potential Youth Crew Leaders can begin familiarizing themselves with. Your captain will help you fill out both the Anchor Watch (https://www.bsaseabase.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Anchor-Watch-Duty-FrontBack-COLOR.pdf) schedule and Galley Duty Roster (https://www.bsaseabase.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Galley-Patrol-FRONTBACK-COLOR.pdf), but being familiar with what is expected will assist the crew when your captain begins this process.
Are you interested in serving as a Youth Crew Leader?
