We are delighted to open registration for our Junior Kindergarten Program for the Fall 2022-23 school year.

Our Junior Kindergarten program options are full day Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30am -2:30pm. There  limited number of spaces available in our Marmot After School Program which runs until 5:45pm on your chosen JK days.  The JK program is run out of Elizabeth Rummel School (ERS) and as such, we follow the ERS Kindergarten calendar and observe all school closures/holidays.

The JK program offers children the opportunity to explore, grow and play in a safe and secure environment by allowing children to develop literacy, creativity and social emotional skills through exploration both indoors and outdoors.

We have two teachers with a max class size of 20. Our program focuses on the five developmental domains for the early years- ‘SPICE’ Social, Physical (Gross & Fine Motor), Intellectual (cognitive and communication) Creative (Arts, Imagination, problem-solving,) and Emotional domains.

Children must be 4 years old by December 31st of the year they began JK to be eligible for the program.
