This application is for students NEW to Community Outreach Academy

Please complete this application to be considered for enrollment during the 2024-25 school year. Only submit one application per student. Families with more than one student should submit one application per student.

Community Outreach Academy held the lottery on April 19th, 2024. COA will now continue to accept applications and will offer admission as space becomes available in accordance with the admissions and enrollment policy.

If accepted, new enrollees will need to provide proof of residence, proof of birthdate, and immunization records. The applicant will be disqualified if the application is falsified or if incorrect information is provided. Falsifying any information (including address) will void acceptance.

All TK-8th grade new applicants interested in attending Community Outreach Academy must apply.

If a lottery is needed, preference will be given according to the charter specifications which are as follows:

1. Siblings of returning students who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

2. Siblings of returning students who reside outside the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

3. Children of COA employees who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

4. Children of COA employees who reside outside the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

5. All other applicants who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary

6. All other applicants
